Graduate Student Worker - UA Early College - 528784
The Graduate Student Worker for UA Early College manages the evening and night operations of a residential community (with UA Early College student residents) and supervises student peer coaches in that community along with the Summer Programs Coordinator. The GSW reports directly to the Summer Programs Manager and the Assistant Director. The Graduate Student Worker is required to work office hours three times a week. Night, holiday, and weekend hours are required throughout the entire summer.
Membership Desk Assistant - Summer 2026 - UREC - 528744
The UREC Membership Desk Assistant provides excellent customer service to all members and guests. UREC Membership Staff shares accurate information about UREC services, membership programs, facility features, and hours of operation. This position registers/updates memberships, collects membership fees, follows/applies all UREC policies relating to membership services, resolves membership concerns, and informs supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues.
Graduate Student Assistant - CCSS Learning Commons - 528745
The Graduate Student Assistant (GSA) for the Learning Commons Supplemental Instruction Program (SI) oversees SI operations for the Learning Commons or at satellite location(s). Manages student employees and data, and maintains visit records. Assists and trains SI Leaders on CCSS-Learning Commons SI policies, procedures, and operations. Organizes and updates Learning Commons SI resource materials. Researches and develops SI Leader training methods. Offers suggestions for effective SI training methods. Assists with class visits, browsing fairs, and campus events to increase student awareness of services. Works with the CCSS staff to develop outreach events and ideas. Coordinates efforts with campus partners to organize and promote services at satellite SI locations. Supports evaluation efforts and offers ideas for improving evaluation tools. Provides constructive feedback to SI Leaders after observing session(s).

The Program Support Assistant works under the supervision of the Associate Athletics Director for Academics and designated full-time staff member. The assistant supports one of the following units within Athletic Student Services: Advising, Tutorial Support or Learning Support.

A Student Assistant for Water Quality & Laboratory Support provides laboratory, research, and administrative support for the USGS Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility. Assists with preparing and organizing water samples, maintaining lab supplies, documenting quality control records, and supporting basic analytical procedures under supervision. Helps manage and review data, contribute to research projects, and prepare technical summaries. Supports tours and outreach by communicating key information about water quality initiatives. Academic Tutor - GPA Rescue LLC - 528642
The Academic Tutor provides tutoring sessions to students in designated courses for GPA Rescue LLC. This role involves in-person tutoring sessions held at campus facilities, with occasional virtual meetings as needed. Tutors will work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce course material, build study skills, and foster academic confidence. Maintains a supportive and professional learning environment, tracks session progress, and communicates with the tutoring team regarding student needs and scheduling.

The UREC Lifeguards ensure the safety of patrons by surveilling pool activities and enforcing all University Recreation policies, rules, and regulations during Summer 2026.
SOC Peer Coach - UA Early College - 528430
The Summer on Campus (SOC) Peer Coach supports UA Early College with the successful transition of high school students to a college level of study and to promote independent living on a college campus. Encourages dedication and the successful completion of each course. Helps with summer move-in for SOC students during Summer I & Summer II terms. Monitors nightly study hall sessions. Completes health & safety checks in residence halls. Participates in campus events with SOC students. Communicates with Early College staff for appropriate concerns and issues.
